Hey Folks! Hope everyone survived Thanksgiving! My schedule's been a bit wonky this week so this is coming out a bit later than usual. Here's what's new:
Väsen Tropic Crush Pale Ale
Pale Ale | 6.2% ABV | 45 IBU
Väsen's new Tropic Crush Pale Ale is a delicious and crushable West Coast-Style Pale Ale that you’ll love to have after a long day of work or adventure! Made with a blend of Centennial, Chinook, Amarillo and HBC 586 hops, this pale ale gives off notes of sweet fruit and citrus while featuring flavor notes of Mango with subtle resinous and a balanced bitterness.
Väsen The Velvet Walrus On Coconut Coffee
Milk Stout | 8.3% ABV
On the nose this bold stout smells like a freshly cracked open Mounds bar. The flavors of this beer take you on a little journey! Immediately, the deep, rich chocolate flavor comes through in the taste along with the sweetness of the coconut flavored coffee. Next, you will note a dried maraschino cherry and vanilla surprise. Finishing out this journey with a subtle bitterness at the end from the coffee that then leads into a welcome sea salt finish for quite a roller coaster of deliciousness!
Solace Foggy Goggles
IPA | 6.8% ABV
Mosaic and Simcoe hops. Aromas and flavors of pineapple, tangerine, and grapefruit with hints of pine and resin.
Port City Tmavé Pivo
Dark Czech Lager | 4.8% ABV | 28 IBU
Port City's example of a Tmavé Pivo is brewed with all Czech malt and hops, lagered for six weeks, and served unfiltered. The malt was grown in Bohemia and is floor malted, and the hops are the famous "Žatec" or Saaz hops. This dark lager finds the perfect balance between malt roastiness, spicy aromatic hoppiness, and a slight caramel sweetness.
Sacred Profane Dark Lager
Dark Czech Lager | 4.8% ABV | 28 IBU
Say hello to Sacred Profane Brewing out of Biddeford, ME! Dark Lager is, as the name suggests, a delicious Czech style dark lager perfect for the cooler weather!
Dutchess Pylon
Pilsner | 5.0% ABV | 30 IBU
Pylon Pilsner lies comfortably between the Bavarian and Northern German expressions of this beloved style. A base of heirloom German Pilsner malt provides a lush, brioche-like malt character with Saphir, Saaz, and Spalt Select hops lending complex botanical and faintly resinous hop aromas of sage and pink peppercorn with delicate lime blossom and honey notes. Held in balance with with a classic firm Pilsner bitterness and a crystalline, snappy finish, Pylon is a loving addition to the noble Pils tradition.
Refreshing and delicious with an absolutely gorgeous can to boot!
Austin Eastciders Blackberry
Hard Cider | 5.0% ABV
Austin Eastciders Blackberry Cider is a ripe & juicy cider that’s slightly tart yet super drinkable. This cider uses a blend of bittersweet apples and real blackberry juice from California, Oregon, and Washington for a a sparkling, light, and fruity beverage. It’s a cobbler in a can. A burst of ripe blackberries, notes of mixed berry, & undertones of crisp apple with a refreshing tart finish.
Graft Far From Home
Cider | 6.9% ABV
Far From Home is an Alpine Negroni Cider that tastes like Spruce, Gin, and Citrus. This winter seasonal cider is a personal favorite! Far From Home is a part of Graft's Green Planet Cider Series, meaning that this cider gives back to Mother Earth. If you have been paying attention, then you know this cider plants trees! For every $1 donated, 1 tree is planted.
