Parish Ghost In The Machine
Double IPA | 8.0% ABV | 100 IBU
A big welcome to Parish Brewing Company out of Broussard, LA!
Welcome to the future. Our collective human consciousness, or Ghost in the Machine, has gained a tolerance for hops beyond what mankind has ever known before. This double India Pale Ale is the necessary outcome. Brewed with obscene quantities of hand-selected Citra hops from Parish's favorite farm in Yakima Valley, WA. Expect pungent grapefruit aromas and flavors, waves of tropical fruit, and less harsh bitterness than most IIPAs. 8% ABV
Parish Dr. Juice
New England IPA | 6.0% ABV
The Doctor is in. Introducing your new go-to IPA, Dr. Juice is a highly crushable juice bomb. Dry hopped with a blend of hand selected hops from the Yakima Valley, Dr. Juice’s drinkability is sneaky good considering it clocks in at 6% ABV. The pour glows a rich cantaloupe hue with a thick, frosted haze and soft mouthfeel. Aroma and taste is full of passion fruit, papaya, and blood orange, making it drink like a glass of freshly squeezed juice.
Parish x Other Half Okra
Double NEIPA | 8.0% ABV
Parish's most recent collaboration with their buddies at Other Half NYC resulted in a big Hazy Double IPA. Okra is made with a creamy DIPA oat-infused base and loaded with Nelson Sauvin, Motueka, and Nectaron hops from the latest New Zealand harvest. And while this collab may not actually contain any okra, it is thick and hazy just like a bowl of gumbo. Tasting notes of key lime zest, Sauvignon Blanc spritz, ripe pineapple, and juicy Alphonso mangoes.
Parish Infinite Ghost
Double NEIPA | 8.0% ABV
The uncountable, indefinable, unreachable, and unbounded hoppy quantity is at hand: Infinite Ghost! Parish took their quintessential juicy, hazy, delectable double IPA and dialed it up to infinity by supersaturating it with their hand-selected Yakima Valley Citra hops and enhanced it further with Citra terpenes. They bombed out this mad concoction beyond quantification by dosing Citra Spectrum mid-fermentation. Forever Citra! Forever Infinite Ghost!
Parish Drive Thru: Purple 9000
Fruited Sour | 8.0% ABV
Introducing “Drive Thru: Purple 9000,” a mind-blowing legend inspired by the iconic Louisiana Daiquiri. This syrupy elixir, with its captivating purple hue, embodies the essence of “purp” and the nostalgic flavors reminiscent of grape snow balls. Infused with the magic of boysenberry for its vivid purple color, and complemented by the boldness of marionberry and a delightful Purple Wine Grape Blend.
Burley Oak Mango Apricot Pineapple J.R.E.A.M.
Fruited Sour | 4.8% ABV | 6 IBU
Burley Oak is back with two new J.R.E.A.M.s for you this week! First up features mounds of tropical mango, juicy apricot, and sweet pineapple, with a touch of lactose.
Burley Oak Watermelon Strawberry Coconut J.R.E.A.M.
Fruited Sour | 4.8% ABV | 6 IBU
Fruited sour with watermelon, strawberry, coconut, & lactose.
Great Lakes Nosferatu
Red IPA | 8.0% ABV | 70 IBU
IPA, horror, and vintage film enthusiasts rejoice!
Don’t be afraid of things that go hop in the night! Rich roasted malt flavors haunt the shadows of this Imperial Red IPA's bitter teeth.
Magnify Headaches
Double IPA | 8.2% ABV
Magnify first brewed Headaches during their first expansion for all those headaches that come with the territory. Now that they are announcing their second brewery and preparing for even more headaches, they figured there is no better time to bring back this Imperial IPA. Headaches is double dry hopped with Hallertau Blanc and Simcoe hops.
Oxbow Northern Lager
Lager | 4.0% ABV
The folks at Benchtop have been digging all of the crispy west coast IPA's of late, so they decided to make a special West Coast version of their Mini Machine IPA. This one is an absolute crusher at 5.5%, but is still packed full of dank thanks to the addition of some Strata hops.
Väsen Blue Sky Kölsch
Kölsch | 5.4% ABV | 20 IBU
Blue Sky Kölsch is a collaborative effort with Blue Sky Fund, a youth development non-profit that provides transformational experiences for urban youth through outdoor education.
Väsen has maintained a strong relationship with Blue Sky over their 5 year history as a brewery and have made a few collaborative projects with them in order to help them in their mission.
This Kölsch is the newest iteration of that joint mission. A classic Kölsch profile, a light hoppiness, slight malty aroma, and notes of grape all provide for a refreshing and low abv beer.

Pumpkin Porter | 6.3% ABV
Solace's definitely legally distinct Pumpkin Porter is back!
Casita x Hopfly Filipino As Pak!
Fruited Sour | 7.2% ABV
Collaboration beer brewed with calamansi and papaya!
Potter's Cranberry Orange Blossom
Dry Cider | 5.5% ABV
Cranberry Orange Blossom is made from Jonagold apples fermented on cranberries and orange blossoms. Cranberries add bright acidity and a tannic quality that is complemented by the citrus notes from the orange blossoms.
